Tasmanian Whisky Week – Straight from The Barrel Event 2020

Tasmanian Whisky Week presents Straight from the Barrel. A rare opportunity to taste yet to be released whisky.

A night to sit down with distillers and talk and taste their yet to be released whiskies. These mature whiskies cannot be experienced anywhere else and this night celebrates their pursuit for whisky excellence.

The event is held over two nights, with difference distillers each night Making this night even more special is the MC, the godfather of whisky, Bill Lark.

On Thursday, sit down with : David Hunn from Hunnington, Brett Steel from Spirit Thief, Martin Turmine from Old Kempton, Chris Thompson from Lark Distillery and Tom Ambroz of Furneaux Distillery.

On Friday, share a dram with Kristy Booth-Lark from Killara, Jack Lark from Battery Point Distillery, John Jarvis from Hobart Whisky, Cam Brett from Spring Bay Distillery, William McHenry from William McHenry Distillery and Peter Bignall from Belgrove.

Come, taste and talk with the distillers over a tasting plate and find out what makes these whiskies so special.

Ticket price is $65 per night.
