Compare traditional techniques with modern interpretations, classic flavour profiles with emerging styles. Who comes out on top? You decide.

• 4 x 15ml Balvenie whiskies
• Tasmanian cheese and charcuterie

Start time 6.30pm. Bar open early.
Bottle sales are available in the evening, direct from the distilleries.
