Where whisky meets the Milky Way
On this exclusive Tas Whisky Week day and night tour, you will sample the finest whisky while travelling through beautiful Tasmanian landscapes.
The tour starts at 11am in Hobart, before we make our way towards the scenic Tasman Peninsula. We will have lunch at Dunalley Bay Distillery at their wonderful waterfront restaurant, taste their whiskies before visiting Hellfire Bluff Distillery for a delicious digestive.
Our last stop will be McHenry Distillery where we settle in for a night of top-shelf drams, bottomless sky, and middle-of-nowhere magic. This isn’t your average cellar door visit — it’s an evening of:
Stargazing (because whisky tastes better under 10,000 galaxies), crackling fire pits (optional staring into the flames allowed), hearty local food (yes, there will be gravy) and beer from local legends (just in case whisky needs a wingman). And, of course, whisky. Glorious whisky.
Guided tastings, neat pours, and spirited chats — whether you’re a total newbie or your blood type is Single Malt.
The tour is hosted by expert guides of the Tasmanian Whisky & Spirits Trail and unique distillery tours.
