While whisky isn’t made in a day, you’ll be intimately involved in the crucial first steps. Imagine this: you’ll be grinding the finest barley, mastering the art of mashing, and producing the vital wort – the very soul of our future whisky!

The most exciting part? For a small, select group of whisky enthusiasts, this isn’t just a day of learning; it’s an investment in your future dram!

• Secure Your bottle: In just over two years, you’ll have the exclusive opportunity to purchase whisky from the 20-litre cask you helped create, before it’s released to the public!

• The Ultimate Legacy: Or, for those with a grander vision, opt for a bottle from a 100-litre cask, ready in six or seven years, for an even more significant share of your handcrafted spirit.

• Official Recognition: We’ll place a special label on all the bottles produced from your efforts, proudly acknowledging your direct contribution to its creation.

What’s Involved?

This exclusive experience is limited to just six participants per session, ensuring a truly immersive and personalized journey. Choose from two sessions:

Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

During your session, you’ll dive deep into the initial stages of whisky production: grinding barley, mashing, and producing the wort.
