A night in the Bond Store is gearing up to be great night indeed. With an action packed lineup of drams from the likes of Rosevears, Deviant, Iron House and of course Hellyers Road this lineup of drams is matched by the wonderful food menu put together by Narendra Shetty of the Vault in Wynyard.

(To ensure we are health and safety compliant with have had to remove the long table to ensure in the unlikely event of an evacuation all can get out in a timely manner).

This menu will now be served to the guests in an informal manner in the bond store by the staff of Hellyers Road and will feature the below items

Event Menu

•    Fresh oysters on arrival with Hellyers road peated single malt whisky

 •    Beetroot-cured smoked salmon with cucumber

 •    Goat’s curd mousse with tomato and basil

 •    Teriyaki chicken skewers with sesame and teriyaki glaze

•     Pulled pork sliders

 •    Tasmanian cheese platters

 •    Cured meat platters

 •    Assorted olives

In addition to the locally curated food menu the 4 featured distilleries will all serve the guests wonderful and rare cask strength drams directly from cask.

On top of this Hellyers Road will be launching their new tour experience, The Whisky Cave and all attendees will be on the night the first to traverse the cave and be rewarded with a direct from cask 21yr old single malt whisky!

The Whisky Club is also contributing to the night and all members of the club in attendance will get a bonus dram supplied to them on the night.

All up this event in the bond store will be a night to remember, but please do rug up and wear warm cloths! We cannot heat up the bond store, it’s full of barrels full of cask strength whisky!

Hosted by the local Whisky Waffle boys from the #1 Whisky Podcast in Tasmania, you will be in for a unique whisky encounter.
