Join us at McHenry Tasmania for an intimate fireside dinner and stargazing experience like no other. Gather with the makers themselves — Bill and Alison McHenry, Robbie from Derwent Distillery, and Mark from Dunalley Bay — as they share stories, drams, and the secrets behind their whiskies.

As the night sky unfolds above Mt Arthur, local chef Molly Foster will serve up a slow-cooked feast prepared over open fire, perfectly paired with a lineup of Tasmanian single malts. Between courses, take a guided tour of the stars through McHenry’s private observatory and telescopes, in one of the best dark-sky locations on the Tasman Peninsula.
