The Architecture of Aroma

An intimate seated tasting that reframes Tasmanian whisky through the language of perfumery. In collaboration with Tasmanian perfumer The Raconteur, the session pulls Tasmanian single malt apart into its top, heart and base notes, then rebuilds it as a guided sensory journey, teaching you to read a dram the way a perfumer reads a fragrance.

At Sullivans Cove Distillery in Cambridge, it is a tasting for the curious palate, as much about how aroma works as about what sits in the glass. Seated and deliberately small.
