Sullivans Cove Presents: TD0112 — The World’s Best, Poured at Home
Sullivans Cove Distillery, Cambridge
In March, cask TD0112 — a French Oak ex-white wine single cask — was named World’s Best Single Cask Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards, Sullivans Cove’s fourth world title. The bottles sold out long ago, but they kept a little back. Hosted by Distillery Manager Heather Tillott, this seated tasting moves through a curated flight of wine cask whiskies before arriving at TD0112 itself — and marks the trophy’s homecoming to Tasmania.
