Tasmanian Whisky Week 2026 begins where the modern Tasmanian whisky story took root: LARK Distilling Co at Pontville. Join distillers, partners and the whisky community to raise the first dram and set nine days in motion. It is part celebration, part reunion, part statement of intent for the year ahead, with the people who built this industry gathered in one room.

As the official opening of the festival’s tenth year, this is the moment the week truly begins. Held in the historic surrounds of LARK’s Pontville home, with Tasmanian distillers from across the industry on hand.

Includes a welcome drink, nibbles, and return bus from Hobart (departing Brook Street Pier).
