A Tasmanian Whisky Week favourite, on the east coast. Over three courses at The Farm Shed in Bicheno, Tasmanian distillers rotate through your table across the night, so you share a drink and a conversation with a different maker between every course.

It is the most personal format on the program: no stage, no lectern, just the people behind the bottles sitting down with you. A returning highlight, in one of the east coast’s warmest rooms.
