The Launch Tour closes where it began — in Melbourne, this time at Casa De Vinos. The final mainland session before everyone heads south.

What to expect

• A curated flight of Tasmanian whiskies, poured side by side.
• Distillers in the room — pouring, talking shop, and answering questions about how the spirit gets made.
• An early taste of what’s coming at Tasmanian Whisky Week 2026 — nine days, the whole island, 1–9 August.
• An intimate format. Tickets are limited and they tend to go fast.
