The boilermaker, done properly. At Hobart’s New Sydney Hotel, Tasmanian whisky meets the beers. It is a celebration of the most honest combo in drinking, in one of Hobart’s best-loved pubs, with makers on hand to talk you through why a particular dram and a good beer just work.
Featuring beers by local brewery Spotty Dog. A seated Dinner will be served.
