Five distilleries across greater Hobart in a single day, all within an easy loop. Departing Brooke Street Pier in the morning, the Southern tour takes in the city’s own makers and the cluster out at Huntingfield. The most convenient tour on the program, and a brilliant primer on just how much whisky is made within reach of the city.
