Natures Elements Help Create Edge of the World Distillery products
Edge of the World Distillery is a family based boutique distillery. Perched on the west coast of Tasmania, Edge of the World Distillery is battered by the roaring forties winds which travel from Patagonia south America more than 16000km away untouched by land until they reach Edge of the World Distillery.
The winds deliver fresh air, sea mist and pure rain water from which Edge of the World Distillery craft their whisky, gin and spirits. Production commenced in late 2019. Many years of sampling, collecting, research and practice have preceded this time.

Melding coastal and wilderness into a fresh but complex spirit. Lemon myrtle, eucalyptus, pepper berry and saltbush build on the juniper base featuring Edge of the World Distillery pure salt influenced rain water.
