Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask TDB018 was distilled from 100% Tasmanian Pinot Noir and matured for just under ten years in a French oak ex-tawny cask. Bottled at 50.1% abv, this unique spirit is a beautiful expression of the Tasmanian wine from which it was distilled, combining the richness of the fortified wine cask with Tasmania’s incredible terroir. A beautifully rich and savoury spirit that defies its definition as a brandy.
