What an unforgettable night of laughter and libations at Comedy & Drams, presented by Tasmanian Whisky Week and Hobart Brewing Co! This event was a true celebration of the incredible talent that Tasmania has to offer in both comedy and the world of whisky.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the generous support of our distilleries: @mchenry_distillery , @kingislanddistillery , @belgrovewhisky , and @springbaydistillery Your exceptional spirits added that perfect touch to the evening, and we're grateful for your involvement.

The comedic talent on display was nothing short of phenomenal. A big round of applause goes out to Chloe Black, Rob Braslin, Tracey Cosgrove, and David Bakker. David Bakker, in particular, deserves special mention as the producer and host of The Clubhouse, which regularly brings laughter to the Hobart Brewing Co stage.

And speaking of the venue, Hobart Brewing Co, you provided the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable evening. Your space was warm, inviting, and a great place to enjoy some fine Tasmanian whisky while enjoying world-class comedy.

The Tasmanian Spirit Showcase at Princes Wharf 1 (PW1) was a sensational journey through the rich world of Tasmanian whisky and spirits. With over 30 distillers on hand to share their craft, attendees had the opportunity to explore an array of exceptional brands and distilleries. The event was a true celebration of Tasmania's thriving spirit-making industry.

Your dedication to craft and passion for spirits made this event truly special.

In addition to the spirits, attendees also had the chance to enjoy refreshing cider from Willie Smith’s Cider and beer from McHenry's and IronHouse. Food trucks provided delectable bites to accompany the libations, ensuring that no one went hungry during this spirited adventure.

Liquor Lips Chocolate added a sweet touch to the event by showcasing their delightful range of Tasmanian whisky-filled chocolates, a perfect pairing for those with a sweet tooth.

We are delighted to share the highlights of our unforgettable East Coast Lunch with Palawa Kipli, a cultural tucker journey that transported us to the heart of Tasmania's indigenous heritage. Kitana from Palawa Kipli led us on an incredible adventure, blending cultural education with the stunning landscapes of Spring Bay Distillery.

Kitana guided us through a remarkable bush culinary experience. Her deep knowledge of indigenous traditions and ingredients illuminated the significance of the land, and the stories it holds. Our senses were awakened by the flavours and stories of the bush, offering a unique and enriching experience for all who joined us.
